By submitting any video content to DA Group, you are agreeing to comply with our conditions of use as detailed below. Conditions of Use You must be at least 16 years old to submit a video DA Group will be granted all rights to your video once it is submitted. You will waive all rights including moral rights to this video. DA Group will be entitled to exploit your video in any media and in any manner it sees fit. If anyone other than yourself appears in the video you must have their prior consent to have the video submitted. DA Group and/or our Customer will review your video to determine if it is suitable for inclusion within our site. We may reject any video at our sole discretion. Examples of content that will not be permitted on the site include the following:
DA Group may notify the Police or other appropriate authorities should it consider your video to be illegal. You grant DA Group the right to edit, adapt or reformat your content in its absolute discretion. DA Group will in its sole discretion determine the layout and placing of your content on the site. Registration and Usage When you register for the service you will be given a username and password. You will be responsible for your password and must not disclose it to anyone else. You will be responsible for all actions taken using your password. If you believe your user name and/or password has been stolen you must notify us immediately in order that we can suspend your account. DA Group will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damage which you incur or suffer in connection with your use of our service.
